The Auburn University Board of Trustees has approved tuition increases for the fall.
The University will increase the tuition rates 8 percent for undergraduates and 9 percent for graduate students. State appropriations have been going down for several years and they’re looking at another 5% for next year.
Even though the rates are increasing, they are still in the middle range when compared to competitive colleges.
The Auburn Arts Association, Jan Dempsey Community Arts Center, and Downtown Auburn Merchants are hosting the 4th Annual SummerNight Downtown Art Walk on Friday, June 18 from 6 – 9:30 p.m. in downtown Auburn. Local artists will have their works on display throughout downtown. (more…)
